Audio Web Conferences

Each program provides both academic and community hospital perspectives. These audio web conferences can be accessed by anyone at your trauma center by telephone (best by headset or speaker phone for large group) while concurrently viewing the presentations via the internet on your computer or a computer/LCD projector for a large group. These cost-effective sessions will give you a chance to learn more about trauma finance issues and solutions. The cost to attend is for members is $75 per phone line; non-members is $175 per phone line.

Registration Information

REGISTER EARLY!!!

Online registration available at http://traumacare.raindance.com

• Audio web conferences are available ONLY to NFTC Members.
• Each 90-minute session is limited to 124 call-in lines.
• You may register for all audio web conferences at one time.
• To register for each audio web conference, log onto http://traumacare.raindance.com
• Choose the session you wish to participate in and click on the green button, “REGISTER”.
• Follow the online instructions
• If you have not used Raindance before, you will need to create a new account. (Do not use your NFTC Members Only Username or Password.)
• After you have entered your account information, you will receive an email of your Raindance account information.
• KEEP YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD IN A SAFE PLACE. You will need the Username and Password to log into the live course.
• After you have completed registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
• DO NOT LOSE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. This email contains the instructions to the audio web conference
• COST: You will be billed for each phone line ($75 members/$175 non-members - paid upon invoice). Other local phone charges may also apply. Invoices will be sent upon registration.
• For each audio conference you will need:
  - Laptop/computer or laptop/LCD
  - Speaker phone/Headset
  - Internet Access
